I have American home shield, which I was not very impressed with their need to approve every detail in the middle of my fridge not working. I did lose everything inside of my fridge. However, Dennis from Sears came out and was very helpful and I was very thankful for him with his communication and I think he did a wonderful job. Thank you Dennis!!

Other than taking so long to get an appointment, great. Blake was a knowledgeable tech , amiable and friendly explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it. He’s ‘5’++++++ stars.

Blake was my technician. He was kind , thorough, and on time. He knew immediately how to repair my dishwasher. He gave me options regarding the repair and a home warranty plan. I would recommend using Sears Appliance Repair for your servicing your appliances.

The tech that came out was really helpful in explaining what was going on with our broken air conditioning. It was passed on to another service due to the issue, but J. Theile was very friendly and provided some guidance on the next steps to getting us back up and running. Tech came a long way from Cape Girardeau and the website link that was texted to us kept us up to date on when he would be here on his schedule.
