Chris explained things well and was great. There appointment process is a joke. I was not notified that my appointment was changed from Thursday to Monday. There needs to be communication between appointments and customers. I would have been upset if I would have taken time off from work on Thursday.

The serviceman was great. Checked out dishwasher and it’s up running . Really a top notch serviceman. He is really personable and check everything before he goes.
