Technician was nice and had answers, asked if he just wanted to cut the main power off to fix the unit and he wouldn’t. He however did attempt to find the right breaker after realizing it was never labeled correctly

The job got done which I’m thankful for, i just have a boy that’s almost three and he cussed the entire time while working on the machine. He did a great job but that ruined it for me.

He seemed knowledgeable, but he should be equipped with equipment that works. His steamer never worked so I still have no idea if the drainage of the freezer was causing a big enough problem to disable my Kenmore Freezer/Refrigerator. The only part of the tech call that did not disappoint me was he just charged me the diagnosis fee...which was at best an informed guess.
