Technician was nice and had answers, asked if he just wanted to cut the main power off to fix the unit and he wouldn’t. He however did attempt to find the right breaker after realizing it was never labeled correctly

The job got done which I’m thankful for, i just have a boy that’s almost three and he cussed the entire time while working on the machine. He did a great job but that ruined it for me.

He seemed knowledgeable, but he should be equipped with equipment that works. His steamer never worked so I still have no idea if the drainage of the freezer was causing a big enough problem to disable my Kenmore Freezer/Refrigerator. The only part of the tech call that did not disappoint me was he just charged me the diagnosis fee...which was at best an informed guess.

Technician Blake was pleasant and did a good job. However, it is utterly despicable the way people are being taken advantage of since Covid. $103 in parts, he was here 2 hours $344 in labor. Skilled car mechanics at my Mercedes-Benz dealership don't charge that. $450 to replace a belt and pulley. God is watching people, and karma is always waiting!

He was very nice. He did admit he didn't know anything about mini splits and had to Google every thing he found. The attach document was never discussed or seen until emailed to me. He said I was signing that no work had been been complete due to not finding the issue.

Repairman did not try to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator, just checked the current temp and told me the refrigerator thermometers are always inaccurate. My refrigerator continued to be 50+ degrees so I called again for another technician to come. I was given an appointment for June 14th--2 weeks later! I received multiple confirmation messages for this appt, as late as the day before. However, no one showed up, no one called, no communication at all. I went online and the earliest appt is for June 26th, another 2 weeks. I've already received confirmation message for this date but I am not confident it will go any better. My refrigerator is sounding high temperature alarms with readings still 50+ degrees. Since I had a confirmed appt for 6/14 for which no one showed up or called, I should have been "top of the list" for today, not having to wait another 2 weeks. This has been the worst service experience I have had and am relating my very bad experience to everyone.
