Our home warranty contracted out to Sears repair. The initial visit took one reschedule, not a huge deal but hate to take a day off work and essentially have it wasted buy waiting then hearing mid afternoon they have to reschedule. Tech comes out and does a nice job, no complaints there. Parts get ordered and delivered s few weeks later. It has now been over a month since parts arrived and 3 reschedules and nothing. We've now essentially wasted a weeks worth of vacation/personal days for this runaround. Everything is automated "ai" BS that provides no real help, can't talk to a live person at all. We contacted the home warranty service and are now trying to get a different provider to come install the parts since Sears had shown its self to be totally unreliable. Sears used to be known for its service, very sad. I'd give 0 stars if possible

The technician didn't do anything but put freon in my a/c unit. He did not check the capacitor, he did not check for leaks. He did not fix the problem, not was he tryn to fix the problem. When he got here he asked for the service fee and said he wasn't going to work on it. I gave him a bottle of water which he sat on my pelonis open and it spilled down the top and it doesn't work anymore. Overall this technician Blake is very incompetent I ve reschedule my service call 2 times and he has cancelled my appointment both times. I do not want him coming to my house again. I pay for a warranty so if something breaks it's covered to get fixed. Why did he not do his job properly?!! And if I could do this review without giving him any stars I would, but it makes me give him one star, which he is not worthy of!!!!

No call no showed for our appointment yesterday after I took time off from work for them to come. When you call you are met with an ai system that tells you that you can talk to it (which is garbage ai from temu) and can not speak to a real person.

Wasted a day of work to stay home from 8am to 5:30pm just to get a message stating that they couldn't come. steal no help have had my dryer for a month still not fixed it's never worked from the day it was delivered.

Unbelievably disappointed. Our tech came, looked at the dryer. Tried to tell us how to fix it. Said he had to leave for a zoom meeting with his boss, and the dryer still didn’t work when he left. He charged a fee for “cleaning” our dryer is still gross. He didn’t replace any parts. I’m not sure why we got charged additionally. I was told the $119 I paid would go towards my repair. We are extremely disappointed and won’t be recommending this service to anyone. The only way they could make it right would maybe be a refund.
