The tech, Chris was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the issue, prompt resolution, and educated me about cause and prevention, along with checking out and cleaning a couple other appliances. This is the second repair he has done on our washer (unrelated issues) in five years, and has saved us from having to buy new again!

Matthew was excellent and replaced the digital board. He tested it and all digits worked. I used it for supper tonight, and the digit 5 would not work in the temperature 375. I do not fault Matthew in any way. He did his job, but my Samsung range can not be fixed.

Blake did a thorough cleaning of my great 20-year-old Sears appliances. I would recommend that anyone who does not have a service warranty on their appliances to contact Sears to have a cleaning done. I was given some pointers on how to keep mine clean, especially dishwashers. Mine was not cleaning well. so now I will get the dishwasher cleaner and the washing machine cleaner to help the appliances continue their job. Thanks, Blake, for your service.
