Drain hose was leaking wanted over 300 to fix it . I declined. Tech was very nice just couldn’t justify the cost to repair when I can do it for under 20.00

I have had 2 appointments scheduled and no one has ever shown up. No telephone call nothing. I drove 5 hours from another state and wasted my entire day for nothing. Keep sending me emails and texts confirming my appt and never called or texted and my refridgerator is still broken Also. Why would you tell us to call a number that no one will ever answer? How do i get a real person?
