Ibrahim was timely, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable of the fridge I was having trouble with. He explained options for repair and mentioned how I could save some by signing up for the warranty service plan. Due to the age of the fridge and the fact the part I needed was close to $800 but came only with a 90 day warranty, I opted not to do the repair.
