Saul did a good job finding out what was wrong with our oven within 15 minutes. Explained to me exactly what the potential issues were and how they could be fixed. When he was looking for the needed parts, it was determined the parts were no longer available. So we need to find a new oven, but Sears and Saul did a great job.
