Anthony refused to do warranty repairs because there were some mice droppings behind the refrigerator on his last visit. After waiting for 12 days, for the parts to come, he called to tell us he would not be coming until we had an exterminator come out and clean the area, certifying the house was mouse free. This is after taking time off work waiting for him to come TODAY! He claimed someone from the home office should have called us to cancel repairs. Very poor customer service. We have been without a refrigerator for 12 days already with the Sears Warranty Service plan paying about $60 a month

Technician was somewhat aggressive from the moment he arrived. He knocked on my door and looked frustrated, no more than a few minutes had passed by. He vaguely introduced himself instead commented that he was trying to call me and I didn’t answer. I explained to him that I didn’t receive a call and he pointed at his tablet upset. I explained that the number on his device was my husband’s but he was at work. I also explained that I had asked sears to put my number as primary, as he seemed flustered. He said “look look, you gotta call to let them know.” I just dropped it because we weren’t getting anywhere. He did the repair in less than 20min, handed me the old part and showed me that the new one was working. He left and didn’t clean up after his service and when he arrived there was a pallet with detergents (yes I buy in bulk), and he just looked at me and said “I need space” (motioning me to move that out of the way). I understand that’s not his job but it really wasn’t a big deal he could’ve just pushed it out of the way as courtesy and seeing that I was struggling. I don’t mean that it is an expectation, perhaps I have just been used to the previous techs who have all been courteous and gone the extra mile thoroughly explaining and have even called when they’re on their way (15-20min) and been understanding. I understand I don’t own people’s time and they’re on a tight schedule and I’m grateful, however it’s usually the little things that count. After speaking with my husband he had only called him once and working 5min he kicked and I opened. I’m also not getting service for free, I have been a loyal customer and have paid on time my coverage plans. When it comes to charging companies are sweet and quick. Unfortunately when. It comes to servicing it’s often not the same. This is my first poor experience and unfortunately the problem is not yet resolved even after the tech came to replace a part. He only showed me the dryer was now heating but didn’t take the time to see if it was truly solved. Clothes are still not drying even just a few items in. He was quick to leave and not charming. Yet he was outside in the parking lot for another 15-20min. He should’ve used that time to ensure the problem was solved like all other techs have in the past. He just assumed that since he changed the part and know the dryer was generating heat, it was solved. I called to schedule another appointment and requested not to have him again. I also reminded sears that my primary phone should be updated which they reassured they would. Unfortunately this did not happen as I received email confirmation and it shows my husband’s number, he has also been getting the messages not I. Bit disappointing after all these years Sears.

1. The first technician from Sears shone Services out one kind of refrigerant without checking for leaking because the warranty said so 2. The second time aI called, he found the evaporator coil leaking ( could it be checked the first time)? 3. The new tech person came to replace today the coil for an extra charge of $350 after paying the deductible 4. Evaporator leaking water now. Delayed response from the home warranty Cinch 5. I want to add that to had to call the home warranty company again for the poor job they did and found that it was not enough refrigerant placed in the system. Two plastic lids were not installed 6. There is nobody to make a complaint.

Omar NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE REPAIR TODAY TO FIX MY AC. Pure incompetence from just another Sears business. No wonder their retail brick and mortars went bankrupt. I have an older dog and Illinois is supposed to get up to 92 degrees this weekend. My dog is 80 pounds, I can’t just bring her to a friends to hang out. Omar NEVER ever communicated anything to me and I had my appointment for today from 8-12. Completely blew off my appointment. So I give Omar a big fat zero for his complete lack of professionalism, stupid google wouldn’t post my review unless i checked a star. Follow up, Sears still sucks! Air still not fixed, no one showed up again and took 2 and a half days off for supposed appointments

Tech was there 30 seconds said it needed new part .Order and install additional $300 I bought one and installed Turned out he was wrong about what was wrong. Now all the food is in the garbage and I still need to get it repaired. No doubt for a lot more money.

Did not solve the problem. The drain pump filter hose has to be drained EVERY SINGLE WASH and it drains out 2 and a half cups of water every single time.if I don't drain it , it overflows and puddles on the floor. This is a worsening issue. Your repairmen are useless
