Yeah so very disappointed in not being able to warranty my 14-year-old washer anymore and the 12-year-old dryer they wanted $200 for the warranty where I used to get that for both of them. Now this young man was very nice but now I have to buy my own handle and my own shelving bracket and even though I have a warranty on this refrigerator you won't do a dang thing about it. And also the last warranty kid I talk to kept putting me on mute and I think he was talking to his coworker all the time not really listening to me. So now I'm down to just my water softener and the refrigerator right now, as far as warranty I'm not paying $200 for my dryer.

Young man was great. You all will NOT cover my washer as it is 16 years old and dryer close to it in age. The $199.00 was for both appliances each year. Told by a Rep. which kept puttin me on mute that you won't cover it any longer. You guys make billions and sold out Kmart and Sears stores, come on, you can at least cover it. I have had these Warranty's for over 30 years!!! Had on 4 Appliances, now only 2!!!

Knew the problem and the solution , within few minutes the issue was resolved.
