Props to my service tech Dino! After having the issue diagnosed on December 11, this was the fourth appointment scheduled to complete the repair. On the three prior occasions, I received a reschedule notification at the end of the four hour window. Dino was finally able to explain the issue with my part and was able to resolve it and repair my washer. He is amazing!
