Andres and his partner discoverd that our dryer, which was not properly drying our clothes, was due to a clogged dryer vent. They showed us a view of the vent with their camera. They vacumned the dryer itself, and recommended that we get someone to clean put the dryer vent, which we did. We appreciate their honesty and correct evaluation of our issue.
