Jorge arrived prompty and was extremely thorough in addressing the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. He was knowledgeable and patient with his explanation of the problem, and in answering my questions. He was, overall, excellent!

Great work, fast diagnosis, and easy fix. Would be helpful if a smaller window of arrival was provided, say 8a-12p or 12p-5pm, but overall, very satisfied!

love the online ordering, updates, texts and phone calls. Having a tighter service call window of perhaps 8a to 12N, or 12N to 5p would make you even better and allow customers to better plan
