I understand charging a diagnostic fee if you actually look at our machine, tell us what’s wrong and we decide not to use you. That’s not what happened. Guy showed up, told my wife he couldn’t move the dishwasher by himself so said he couldn’t do anything but told her what the issue “probably” was, made her pay and left. How are you going to send out one person on a job if they aren’t even capable of moving the item you know they’re being sent to look at? Absolutely unacceptable
