Steve did an exceptional job fixing our range. We had a burner not working properly and he found a spider web that hindered the air and gas flow and quickly corrected the problem. His professionalism, can-do approach and pleasant personality set him apart from others. We highly recommend Sears Home Services because of our experience with Steve.

Charles was great. Explained everything as he went along and showed me what the issue was with our dryer. Part was ordered arrived on time and he even was able to do the return visit 2 days early to get us up and running again.
