Although Bob was unable to repair our dryer today he knows what our issue is and explained in person as to why our dryer could not be serviced due to the fact our dryer is listed as a laundry center stacked unit and not a single unit on the warranty ticket. Contacted Assurant today to try and get this issue resolved. As it is presently the tech and getting our dryer repaired is in limbo.
