This time the technician correctly diagnosed the problem - refrigerant dryer recall. This first technician replaced the dryer with the same type of dryer and also replaced the compressor. It cost me more money than necessary. There was no issue with the compressor. Great technician

Bronell was great in repairing my Kenmore refrigerator/freezer. He did exactly what was needed for a repair that should have been done back at the first week of July. Cory was the tech who came out in July and he was useless. Said he was going on vacation and acted like he didn’t care about my issue. Don’t ever send Cory out to my home again. I won’t let him in. Bronell is welcome back any time. Larry Day
