Excellent service.

Service worker was outstanding. However, I hate the company’s exclusive use of AI. There were times when I needed to talk to a human and other times when I needed troubleshooting with the technology. I could not navigate to where I needed to to be and do. This was very frustrating.

The good and the bad. I don't appreciate having to wait all day for a technician. There was no option for a morning or afternoon appointment. I think I was his last client, and he arrived after 6 pm. His service was super. The technician was knowledgeable and willing to share how to prevent further issues. Very kind and professional man.

I I'm thankful for having Sears come out and repair my refrigerator but I do not like how American home shield schedule their appointments I'm a healthcare provider I'm with patients from 3:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and I can't afford to sit around and wait and then at the last minute I got a call and they have arrived I don't work in my town I cannot take off I think everything is great except for the scheduling once the scheduling is down pat I will rate my experience as far as star but the technician was effective and took care of the job thank you

No problems with the actual serviceman but many issues with the process involved with the on line form and the website. House listed as duplex -even when advised of error was not fixed. Phone number is wrong and also not corrected on their site. Once a service provider was booked appt time was 8-5. Work order asked us to describe problem but was only a drop down box and none fit our situation. Printed on my work order that we would get a call about 8 am w an approximate report time—no no call received. Told we could track him on a map in app but until he was very close no map was provided. Text received that he was in his way was received simultaneously with his arrival. Not great communication either. When I called was told it would be the following morning and we would get an email with info. No email for 3 days—finally an email with appt 10 days away.

He charged the AC, admitted it had a leak, didn't look for or try to fix the leak, there for next year we will undoubtly go through this again. This was done under home warranty with Choice, to my understanding it should have been fixed. But at least we should have cool air hopefully the rest of the summer.

Worked with them through HWA. Have an air conditioner that is struggling to keep up. A local company told me I was low on refrigerant. So seeing as I have a home warranty I called for someone to come out. Didn't feel like the refrigerant was even checked was told my "system was too small" even though it's been in for over 10 years with no problems of humidity or not being able to keep up. Horrible experience.

Th technician himself was friendly and got the repair done quickly. My overall experience from start to finish was horrendous. The first appt a different technician never showed up despite multiple notifications I received throughout that day of “you’re the next stop”. I waited from 8a-5p for someone to show up. At 8:36p that night I finally received an AI text that I would have to reschedule my appt. I had tried calling but EVERYTHING was AI and there was no way to communicate that I had been no showed by your technician. I’m very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
