Diagnosed the problem wrong and charged 500 dollars. Came the next week and said there is some other problem and said it would take additional 350 to repair.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had. I gave it one star because it’s the only way to post the review. I didn’t even want to give this the one star. Went without a fridge for 4 weeks because the Technicians John and Bronel didn’t follow through to complete the job. I called and complained weekly that NO ONE was coming on the scheduled dates to fix the fridge. Sears didn’t seem to care that their tech’s were not showing up and that I’m going WEEKLY without a fridge! I was rescheduled every week via AI through text for4 weeks, and when the next appointment came NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO CALLS, NO TEXT….. NOTHING! They even went so far as to drive by my home and take a picture to say they came by and that no one was home. We saw them come and take the picture because WE WERE INDEED HOME! No one called, only virtually rescheduled the appointment. THANK GOD for JEFFREY B. He came to the rescue and fixed the fridge for us. We were in week 5 of having no fridge, but Jeffrey took the job and came to fix it. He was in my home no more than an hour and then was on his way. He was polite and sympathetic. Unless you get Jeffery B. as the technician, I would never recommend the Sears tech team for ANYTHING!

Only because zero stars are not allowed. Called with a problem on my refrigerator water dispenser. First so called technician showed up, got out of a personal pickup and only carried a cordless screw driver. I showed him the problem. He then proceeded to jerk, pound and pry the control panel away from my unit. After 20 minutes of abuse the original problem still existed along with a new problem of the control panel housing being skewed and broken plastic pieces on the floor! He was asked to leave and not come back. He informed me that he would order the parts needed to fix the control panel assembly and left. 2nd technician came yesterday. I showed him my original problem as well as the new problem created by the 1st unqualified technician. When asked about how and where to start, he had a generic answer and was asked to leave also. Never again will Sears Repair be allowed on my proprty!

Repairman was quick to show up, but after assuming he knew my washing machine would cost in excess of 800 and acting like I was being ridiculous for asking for a diagnosis and estimate... "it was not worth fixing". Repairman left, I tried the power button again....it works! Glad I tried it before ordering a new one as he claimed i needed to do.

If there was a negative star I would put that. No one showed up to our house. Someone name Bob signed an estimate none of us ever saw and we were charged $100 for “completed service” through our home warranty. There is no person at Sears that you can call and complain to; you get a cycle and circle of automated robots, and AI helpers. Do not use.

The technician showed up, was not here 30 mins.. told me the problem was fixed before he got here.. He tried to tell me the leak underneath my washer was coming from a crack in the wall.. I told him we’ve never had a leak in our basement wall and he preceded to tell me how much rain we’ve had and he left.. Put a load of laundry in and had water all over my floor again.. A very poor technician.. His name is John.. Not impressed with Sear protection plan.. 😡

I never spoke to the technician. I have no idea what he did. I don't know if my a/c is fixed or not. This is now the second time this technician has failed to do his job. Sears is such a joke. I have a partvthat needs installed and they simply will not do it. Customer service closed my ticket with no resolution after hanging up on me. I've never seen such terrible service in my life.
