My dishwasher has been down for over a month. I had a guy come out and confirm what I already knew and say he needed to order a part. The part has been on order status this entire time with no update or anyone contacting me to let me know what is going on. I did my own research and found out the part ordered has been updated to a new part. I have tried calling the number provided but only ever get automated lines no matter the options I choose. I have tried to use the online chat function, but all they keep saying is that the will escalate the issue and that someone would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. Yet after that time still no contact. This has happened 3 times and still no contact. I am only giving a 1 star review because 0 stars isn't an option. If you can go with any other repair place I would suggest you do. I would even go with the guy that can fix it for a case of beer, because at least he would show up. Will never go through Sears again.

I did not ask for a repairman to come to my house to tell me how to fix the issue myself and to buy a part myself. The whole point in having a repairman come to fix my appliance is to fix it. I have not had this appliance for 6 months and it is still under warranty but after two different service visits it still does not work ! Completely disappointed!!!

today we had an appointment for washer repair after installing spring rod support for wobbling. The water is leaking from the washer? upon using it for wash load. It leaked so much to flood the laundry room as well as to kitchen. We did not realize that we are going to this situation due to repair work. Please contact us to rectify the problem has been created after the repair work. On 12-28-2023 on recall order Technician found water discharge hose on floor backside of washer. it was put in discharge sewer line and issue was rectified. We claiming to address water damage to ceilings, carpet where water got soaked in.
