I am SOLELY and WHOLLY DISSATISFIED as I have been in withOUT heat for THREE weeks due to the Whole Home Warranty in which I pay monthly not fulfilling their said duty in regards to the heating system in my home. The service is beyond unsatisfactory. I insulted, hurt, in disbelief, disgusted at the treatment given.

Customer service is horrible. They get 0 stars You need a better way of tracking techs I called all day looking for status of arrival customer service said 8 to 5 was confirmed but I called at 4:55 & customer service said technician is not coming. All technicians have been very professional & get 5 stars

He came to repair my washing machine. He told me it was repaired and working. An hour after he left I ran it and it stopped after the wash cycle which was the same issue he was supposed to fix!

My refrigerator is WORSE ! ! ! He was here for over one and a half hours and my refrigerator (and all new parts) is worse ! I put a frozen solid ice pack in the freezer and now it’s warm and soft ! Water in the freezer as well ! All this after over a month of waiting and numerous calls to lousy computerize customer service !

No technician showed up but I received a visit receipt for $225.00 which is covered by my MPA. So I don't know why I received this email.
