Appointment date and timed agreed upon was a no show. The following day, tech came out, however, problem is not resolved. Waisted $130.00.

It's now a week without my refrigerator. The first technician took a picture of the outside of my building. Didn't call or ring the doorbell, but reported me as a no show. This repair person mentioned the compressor was out, but didn't fix the issue. Customer service is a joke as you can only talk to an automated attendant or someone in India who can't help at all. There's no way to talk to a dispatcher and all service calls take 2 days to even schedule even if Sears messes up. I'm not pleased with the service warranty and am thinking about canceling. When will my refrigerator get repaired?

The REPAIR GUY WAS GREAT, Communicating with Customer Outreach is Terrible it took a month for someone to come out because of C S NOT UNDERSTANDING LOCATION a simple Street in Chicago. Part's dept. Your C S needs to do better I was Out a refrigerator for Over a month.

No services were provided. I was told it was too cold outside to clean the unit and to reschedule when it is 60 degrees or higher.

Well, he did call to let me know the approximate time of his arrival and he did arrived within that time frame. He was professional but not too friendly. He was a little angry at the fact we unplugged the refrigerator because he wasn't able to get a proper reading in his cell device. (In my defense, the refrigerator was making loud noises so for safety, we unplugged it. I thought that was common sense.) After a few minutes, he opened the back and began working but less than 5 mintues he stopped, put everything back. He asked me who's the landlord or owner? I said why? Then stated that he saw mice droppings and saw some chewed wires from it. He showed me pictures. And told me I need an exterminator and call back for an person to come out here. Before I could ask any questions, he took off fast like a bat outta hell. First all what he saw was probably there decades ago. Second he made us feel like we were dirty or something and the kitchen was clean, no food on the floor or anywhere, no mice nothing. I'm sure he's been in places 3 or 4 times worse. For me, it seemed like he needed an excuse to keep from doing the work so he can be done for the day. I've been with sears warranty since approximately 2015 or 2016. This is my first time having an unpleasant experience.

Had sears for many years for appliance repair, now worst company I've ever dealt with this is 6th appointment they have not shown up for,even to apoint that they said they were out front of my home and my wife was sitting on the porch!! Don't waste your time on the BS A I run around

Terrible service. They never came out 3 different cancellations and still never showed. Called the BBB and this company has over 3, 150 complants.
