Ola was our technician and I liked him alot. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Although our time slot was a little later than we expected, he arrived, assessed and repaired the oven within an hours timeframe. He explained everything, told us our options, and acted accordingly. For him, I would use them again.
