My technician was named Sade. She was soooooo nice and helpful. Truly amazing. She was patient when explaining what was wrong. She came in the morning around 8 figured out what was wrong anddddd ordered the part so she could come back to fix it. She was respectful and went above and beyond. I wish she could come fix all my appliances when they break. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.
