Cornelius, was very timely and personable. He explained everything he needed to do to correct my issue. He asked questions to ensure my service appointment was managed to my satisfaction. Cornelius noticed issues that I had discussed with the previous technician that had not been submitted for service. Cornelius attempted to get the service taken care of as quickly as possible with my warranty company. I was 100% satisfied with this technician and the service he provided today.
