The technician Monty was on time. He came in did the job. It took him less than an hour. Now there is no water coming out the bottom of the washing machine.

The technician was very helpful and polite. But customer service is worse ever and it’s hard to understand. Years ago when Sears had there stores open, they had very…very good service, but now, I don’t understand what why customer service is terrible.
