She called to let me know she was on her way. She called again to let me know she arrived. She rang the door bell , I let her in she asked where's the machine and went right to work. She explained what was needed and how much it would be. She was great.

The technician was very professional. She ran test on my machine and verified the nature of the codes. One was related to the spin cycle. She cleaned two components and advised next step if the problem is reoccurring. I hope this is not reoccurring, but if so I would like the same tech to come back.
