Letwan' is great. Explained what he was doing and dryer is purring. You need to update your texts and emails. Both said he would be here between 1 - 2:30. So I went to run errands he arrived early. He called and said he was at the house. I told him i would be back in 10 minutes and he waited. Great customer service.
