My oven is back in business! For that, I’m happy. The service was good, efficiently done. The only drawback was waiting almost two weeks for a replacement part to be mailed to me.

The service technician from Sears, Mohammud called to let me know he would be arriving soon and did as well. He was strictly professional and a great technician. Went right to work. Repaired the washer and cleaned up. He did a great job. High "5" for him and kudos to Sears. I will continue to use Sears for repairs. Have a good day.
