The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and very experienced. She helped me with my father's stove by explaining to him what was going on with the broiler. I'm glad that someone who was sensitive and knowledgeable showed up to my father's home thank you.

My technician Christian was very professional. Very polite and showed me everything that he was doing. Every item that was broken and what he repaired. I didn't have to ask any questions because he was just volunteer information to me. I didn't expect to pay as much as I did but the service was great. I gave him five stars because of his professionalism.

My reason for calling for service was that my refrigerator door did not close properly. I was told to get a leveler and apply it myself under the left front portion of the refrigerator. Also I was told if I wanted the refrigerator pulled out from the wall and cleaned that would cost $50.00. I declined thinking that should be included in the service call given the enormous increase That I now pay for Sears Protect over what I was paying for Sears Master Protection Agreement.
