I felt my repairman was professional & knowledgeable, which helped me to pay the price of replacing the icemaker. What I question is the labor charge. I feel if you agree to service they should have the diagnostic fee go towards labor, that would have softened the total amount for me. Also, I did not apply for a Sears Credit Card, but I wonder would Sears have given me a 6-12 months no interest had I done so? An answer that might encourage some customers to apply.
