The tech that came out today was courteous and polite. I do NOTlike sears window policy 8am-5pm, taking up your entire day. Also after waiting 6hrs on saturday they canceled my appointment withOUT a reason and no one ever answer the phone.

The 2nd tech from sear was awesome 3 months waiting to get refrigerator fixed lg claim the the parts wasn’t covered for months unit sears researched the refrigerator model number
