Technician’s attitude was not pleasant. Additionally, he arrived at 3pm instead of 12:45, which was the time on the text message confirmation I received.

The technician Mohammed was ok,very helpful,but did't complete the maintanance (dosen't got the vacum cleaner or the light bulb for the dryer machine.I did't paid anything ,because I have a contract.

Technician was great . Once he arrived he was very efficient in completing the repair and putting things back in place. There was a schedule problem and he was very late. The on line notification system was horrible the chat feature was useless and there was no way to reach a live person . I needed the repair but I ended up losing an entire day . I’ll have to think hard about using the service again .

he was slightly pleasant. even when naming the problem. It could have been me, but I am the customer who paid him $129.00 for 7 minutes of service. A pump would cost me over $650.00 + additional labor so I was told. Is this how Sears operates these days? this repair would cost the same as a new washer.
