It took five months to get an incomplete repair on my refrigerator. I have had to by thre meals a day at about 15.00 to 20$ for five months. For five months I have not been able to store food or medications. Which has caused my self whom which lives on a fixed income financially struggling. I feel that I should be compensated for all that I have suffered physically and emotionally as well as financially. I still need some assurance that the icemaker and the water on the door gets repaired. The hole experience has been horrible and poorly managed. Score is tripled zero. I’m thinking of telling my story to channel 2 news. I think it’s incredible.please ignore the star.

Horrible!!!!! It’s been a month with a broken refrigerator and been getting the run around! Made several appointments…take off work and wait. No one shows!!! Finally a technician came and said he had to order parts. I had to call and follow up…he never ordered the parts!!! And closed out the claim!! So I had to open another claim!!!

Technician was disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't answer calls or let me know when he was on his way. Service was fully automated, you aren't able to talk to anyone besides a call center. The call center isn't any help, they just do scheduling. Entire company is a joke, I would never recommend them for anything.

He arrived days after the original appointment was scheduled but was professional and efficient with the installation, however I think he tried to leave a phone detonator in my residence because he hid it on the side of my stove and he place his phone on the refrigerator. In addition, he looks like Torres or Martinez.....but more so like Torres. I'm just saying.

I asked the Technician on the phone when he called me yesterday.When he ask me What was the problem with? my refrigerat, I told him it was freezing too hard. And what?Should my settings be on?He said he had to come check it out.He came in, told me.My settings should be on 0 for the freezer37 for Refrigerator. Put it on that and Said in a few days, it should balance itself out, but if not call us..He could have told me that yesterday and I couldn't put the settings myself Not come all the way out here to do. The same thing. I could have done that myself and To add insult to it charge me a $100. I'm very disappointed in Sears.

Dealing with Sears has been ridiculous.My mother's washing machine has been out since April 2023. They have not been able to fix the washing machine but keep ordering parts and sending a repair man every time we call..this is a mess. My mother is a senior citizen and hasn't been able to wash and we have been asking them to replace her washer because now it's been almost a year we have been going through this problem. I would not recommend anybody to deal with Sears. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. ..... We are still trying to get a replacement... Just Crazy.........

The technician came and installed two parts. He left saying everything was okay. I turned on the oven and it is still not coming on. I called and the customer service rep said they would message him to return. I don’t know if he will or not. I am not at all happy.
