Paid $325 for service and dryer does not dry. The technician was pleasant, but I did not get what I paid for. Reported it to Sears and got a rescheduled appointment that they want to again charge me for coming back out! At that price, I could have brought a new dryer. After a misdiagnosis of the original issue, Eric (follow up technician) was able to determine the cause of the problem and fix it.
