The repair man that came to my house was very polite and he knew what was wrong with my window air conditioner and he looked it up (the part)gave me a price he was so very nice I just decided to purchase a new unit so I would not have any future problems. Very nice polite man I took his word No questions asked I wish he could service all my Sears issues. Very,very pleased
