I requested service for the noise that my dryer was making. The service rep took the dryer apart and noted excessive lint and she cleaned and put back together and left.I turned on the dryer right after they left and the noise still existed I called service rep back on the same ph# she called and got voicemail only...I left a message stating problem still exists. They didn't call back so I call the customer service ph# and had reschedule for the next morning 8-12 to come back again to repair dryer for the noise issues.

The technician, Mr. C.R. was knowledgeable, polite, and very efficient. He went above the call of duty. He fix my dryer, and it has been working perfectly ever since I would recommend this young man to everyone. He knows what he’s doing.
