The technician was knowledgeable and honest about the condition of our dryer. He explained the issue clearly, laid out our options, and gave practical advice on what made the most sense moving forward. Although we decided not to move forward with the repair, I appreciated the transparency and the time he took to answer our questions. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the diagnostic/service call fee felt a little expensive considering the visit was brief and we ultimately did not have the repair completed.

The technician stated it nothing he could do. He said that cold water in the pipes causes the knocking and banging sound. It comes and goes. Try to bleed the pipes some more if i can

I am pleased with the service performed by the technician. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I do feel the newly added $100 deductible is outrageous! The service plan is not cheap! I am looking into other plans.
