Anthony was very professional. He called to inform me he was on his way. Polite. My first schedule tech (Monty) didn't to inform me he was on his and claimed I wasn't home. My appt time changed 3 times. He didn't hesitate to call to say, Sorry he missed us. Efraim was also very professional. He assessed the problem and ordered the parts. I'm hoping washer has been fully repaired. The last two tech have restored my trust. Thank you
