He arrived on time. But my issue is he said all he could do was push the gasket back into the freezer, which I’d already done. I said you can’t glue it back in he said no the company doesn’t want us to do that. And because it’s not ripped he can’t do anything about it.

I wasn’t there to hear what the issue was and when i called to ask, the tech never answered or called back so i can only go off based what i was told by my tenant.

Service person Efrain was excellent today. Yesterday Roberto did not even knock and left, i was home waiting. Reschedule for 8-12am and no one showed i had to call to have them at 2pm and they sent Efrain. Customer service is your business and it is poor. I took two days off work to have this repair. Least you could do is make a effort to come when scheduled.

Repairman was courteous and professional. UPDATE - I noticed a dent in the side of my range which was not there before the repair. I'm waiting to hear back from Sears on this matter. WILL UPDATE

Scheduling was a disaster. The first appointment was a few days after my wash machine broke, then they came without the parts and they had to order them, then I had to schedule again and Sears cancelled and rescheduled me for another date. BUT the technician was knowledgeable and friendly and got the machine up and running again so I’m satisfied.

I was finally given a time that the technician would come. Whenever it was close to the time; I would receive notification that the time was pushed up 1 hour. This went on until 3:00pm. A 7 hour window is horrible. I’m switching to another home warranty service.

He refused to do maintenance on my refrigerator. I paid for maintenance and have it on my receipt. I will be fighting for my service with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. I still haven't seen ice yet!
