I thought Kareem did a great job with my AC unit repair. While he was thorough and walked me through the whole process. The units aren't the easiest to service, based on their location on the property, but he found a way to get to them and fix the problem in a decent amount of time. However, when I turned the A/C unit on the next week, I was experiencing the same problem. Another tech, Juril was sent out and was able to accurately diagnose and fix the problem. He was friendly, efficient and I'm happy to have my air working again.
