Dear Sears Home Service, ,Our technician’s rate was a “BIG 5!” Abdelkarin did a spectacular job today, checking on the AC components and why the coils froze after installation of the new AC coil on July 18, 2025. ,He was very professional, knowledgeable ,and courteous about his job. He provided clear answers to all my questions . Thank you for sending Abdelkarim!

Service tech came and it was a simple fix. The recent service call part dept failed to include all the parts in rugs kit. Had to pay another co-pay and for the part today. Really disappointing. Todays visit was no charge since I already paid again before the tech came today. Hopefully I will het reimbursed for what I previously paid two weeks ago.

Oscar, the technician was great. He was polite and explained what he was doing. However, i was very dissatisfied with the time frame in which i had to wait for him to come. A nine hour waiting time is not the way to make a customer wait. My technician didn’t arrive until late afternoon. I could have gotten my errands done and have been back home by that time.
