Guy was great, but a three year washer repair for a lid lock sensor being $450 for a ten minute repair on a $640 washing machine is going to the landfill.

David did the tune up on my heating unit. He also maintained my ac in the summer. I appreciate having the same service technician for both because it gives me assurance that my unit is working properly. He is always very detailed and provides me with suggestions to maintain my other appliances.
