This was my second service call. the first person claimed to have done some work and did not actually do it the second Repair man did an excellent job. I wish there was a way to talk to a human being to relate that too.

Technician was excellent and knowledgeable!! Repaired our gas dryer and identified the problem quickly.

Our service tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dealing with Sears has been an AWFUL experience! It took 2 weeks for them to even schedule an appointment, then the 1st tech never showed up, the 2nd couldn’t do the work because he was with the wrong service provider. The 3rd time worked.
