Our service tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dealing with Sears has been an AWFUL experience! It took 2 weeks for them to even schedule an appointment, then the 1st tech never showed up, the 2nd couldn’t do the work because he was with the wrong service provider. The 3rd time worked.

They need to come with cover for floor where they’re working at I suggest the rug I had to put down just need to be equipped with what they need when you’re working in the work area
