My technician Kenneth was superb! I can’t say the same for the company, Sears Appliance Repair, which gives you a 9 hour window for technician arrival, which is totally unacceptable. I will never agree to having them come out here again. Also, it is worth mentioning that it is almost impossible to get through to the company. They make you chat with AI bots, that are completely imbecilic. All in all, an extremely frustrating company to work with. Stay away! Demand that American Home Services (AHS) use other service companies, seeing as they just contract it out. I called AHS and they told me that the app always contracts to Sears, but you can call the company (which is relatively painless) and ask for another service provider.

The service was definitely 5 stars and so was our technician but the scheduling process was not. I was asked about so many additional services I could purchase, a home appliance warranty I could purchase, and so much more. Some I could not understand due to heavy accent (customer service lady was in the Philippines, I asked) and she talked so quickly it was difficult. Very pleased with the service person.
