The service was definitely 5 stars and so was our technician but the scheduling process was not. I was asked about so many additional services I could purchase, a home appliance warranty I could purchase, and so much more. Some I could not understand due to heavy accent (customer service lady was in the Philippines, I asked) and she talked so quickly it was difficult. Very pleased with the service person.

Original date was scheduled for Dec 20 between 8am n 5pm. Being such a long stretch when tech arrived I happened to be in bathroom. I saw his message n returned his call. But, no answer, I called him 5 times he finall answers an I told him where I was he said you will have to reschedule, he could not wait. So I rescheduled for the 21st of Dec. Well about 1:30pm I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I was given no reason why but to reschedule, which your system only lets you talk to a computer. What a JOKi got a number to call, I wanted to know why my service was canceled but nobody could tell me why!!! But I finally found out I was calling INDIA!!! Got a new service date for 12/22 between 8am n 5pm. Today I finally got my service around 1pm

Service is perfect! Company needs to refine scheduling tho. The estimated time was way off, not to mention it was postponed on two occasions.

The technician did not advise me as to what he had fixed. There were four boxes of parts that were mailed to my address. He left all package wrappings and paper in my basement including the parts that were taken off. The washer is making a loud sound he left the machine on and I listened until it shut off. I guess I will call regarding this problem of the loud sound that the machine is making. Just want to be able to wash and not be afraid that something will break and fall out of the washer.
