Please know that these people ripped me off! I never would have called them had I known that they would charge me $250 to do absolutely nothing! My microwave had stopped working and they got here and told me not only didn't they have any parts for my microwave but they couldn't even guarantee it could be fixed! But they did guaranteed that they would damage my microwave in attempting to repair it! They wanted me to sign a waiver saying that they are not responsible for the damages they were about to cause my microwave! I tried to reach out to customer service about this to see if they could at least give me a break or a reduction on the $250 service fee, but after calling the customer service no one ever reached out to me or called me back. I will never deal with these people again in my life they are rip off artists only interested in taking your money! Please know that my microwave was not repaired! We bought a new one for less than $250 which is what we should have done in the first place, my bad!! I'll never deal with Sears Appliance Repair again! They are a bunch of crap people who don't talk to customers and take their money! I wish I could give them zero Stars! BEWARE!

He didn’t repair the boiler, took parts off and left. Temperature feels like is 15 degrees! We don’t have heat and it’s the day before thanksgiving and we are hosting 40 people tomorrow! Where is Sears?

I am really upset with the way they service you now. I had a dryer repair guy and a washer repair guy come on 2 different occasions. The dryer guy was nice and ordered the parts of which they used to carry the parts on them or pick them up from local shop.Ive had the parts for over a month! I have an appointment and stupid a.i keeps rescheduling for no reason! Also jade an appointment for both today , washer guy never showed up ! He kept changing the eta 3 times.all way after the service appointment of 8-5 ! And a.i rescheduled my dryer appointment i had setup for today as well again. I cant even talk to a person to actually keep that from happening. Now I have wait again tomorrow to at least get my washer fixed.Do better guys you used to be great

$450 for replacing the suspension rods in the washing machine. Rods online are $35, it means that their labor hour rate is $400+. Overpriced!

You get what you pay for. Took 3 visit to fix a dryer noise and coast $600 for a dryer that is less than 5 years old and can be replaced for about $800. First visit was fine but for the second visit they sent an HVAC guy who did not know how to replair a dryer. Rather than cancelling the appt and giving me my day back,. I had to wait for him to come over at the end of the window. From there he tinkered, made a call, and determined he did not know how to fix a dryer.
