It’s been since April 4 that the washing machine I called in for has not been taken care of a replacement of a new washing machine. Nobody has contact me. Nobody has forward me any email no information as to when my washer is going to be delivered. I can’t talk to anybody because nobody has no answer, consider this service poor and the lack of communication between the companies who supposed to deliver this washer for me the company of Sears not following up the company of the GE has not replied, so I am not satisfied with The service at all

I had previously requested that this technician never be assigned to my service calls due to a bad experience the last time where he behaved high unprofessionally and highly unethically….that request was ignored and they sent him again. This time around he was equally bad as the first. Did nothing to actually diagnose the problem and GUESSED AS to what the problem MIGHT be with no actual diagnosis. Just same as before, he walked away while I was in mid sentence. My problem remains unresolved.

Do not schedule service with Sears Appliance repair. The technicians were courteous and helpful, but it is impossible to get someone on the phone if there is a problem. You just reschedule for the next 8am-5pm time slot online (yes, they expect you to be around the whole day).

bait and switch from phone contact. we were told the $139 diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair. it was not. we were told on the phone the part would be around $85. no one ever said the labor would be $279. the installer did not provide estimate before installation as promised on the email from the company. we will never use or recommend this service provider again.

My second tech was amazing and he was very good and informative. As for Sears warranty it was a nightmare and customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I give the tech 5 stars but the warranty service 1 star! I’ve never had a bad experience with Sears and this is a first. Your furnace not working is a horrible feeling and customer service was not helpful.
